The Bears of South Florida, Inc., is incorporated in the State of Florida as a non-profit corporation and recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) entity. Annual reports are filed with both agencies as required by law.
While the organization is not required to create or publish an annual financial report for public review, an informal annual report is prepared for the Board each year. This report is shared with our sponsors, audit committee, and interested members upon request.
